All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not permitted. We have this policy in an effort to protect the safety of our employees, save you the hassle of repacking/shipping items and to reduce the environmental impact of shipping the same item multiple times. We recommend checking product descriptions carefully and taking measurements of your space before purchasing. Have questions about an item? Vintage Farmhouse Finds is committed to selling unique, quality merchandise. If you’ve received an item that is damaged or defective, please email us within two weeks of delivery date, at email@example.com. Please include the term “Return Claim” and the order number in the subject line. Upon receipt, we will review the claim for approval. Photos are required to substantiate all damage or quality claims. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. Upon approval of your claim, a replacement piece will be sent to you or a full refund will be issued back to your original form of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check with your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, refunds will be issued at our sole discretion.
