Your satisfaction is of up-most importance to us here at VFF. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know within two weeks of delivery date. Upon receipt of our returned item, a full refund will be issued back to your original form of payment, or we will issue a merchandise credit. We’re sorry, but at this time we cannot refund the cost of shipping. When shipping an item valued over $75, track-able shipping service and shipping insurance is recommended. VFF offers no insurance or shipping warranties on returned items shipped by customers.
If you’ve received an item that is damaged or defective, please email us within two weeks of delivery date, at email@example.com for return instructions. Please include the term “Return Claim” in the subject line.
