Your satisfaction is of up-most importance to us here at Vintage Farmhouse Finds. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know within two weeks of delivery date. Return requests made after two weeks may be denied. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Upon receipt of our returned item, undamaged, a full refund will be issued back to your original form of payment, or we will issue a merchandise credit. We’re sorry, but at this time we cannot refund the cost of shipping. When shipping an item valued over $75, track-able shipping service and shipping insurance is recommended. Vintage Farmhouse Finds offers no insurance or shipping warranties on returned items shipped by customers.
If you’ve received an item that is damaged or defective, please email us within two weeks of delivery date, at email@example.com for return instructions. Please include the term “Return Claim” in the subject line.
Gift Cards. Downloadable software products. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check with your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Nest contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, refunds will be issued at our sole discretion.
